I would love to get some advice on which location is best to invest.Thank You!

This is my first post and I’m looking to acquire a 16 unit apartment complex in El Reno, Oklahoma.I‘m located in Seattle, WA so I‘ll need a very reputable and trust worthy professional property management firm.Any ideas on fees, I‘m thinking 7-8% of gross rents?

@Matt Shields ....Since the property is located in a heavily populated Military town, verification of a tenant's Military status is new  requirement of any summary ejectment.

Byron the lease duration; year, MTM etc seems very influenced by location.

And, in doing this, I traded out a property which was in a 100 year flood zone close to the ocean, for other properties which are in much less risky locations.

Location:  What type of tenants are you going to be having there? 

This may not be necessary depending on the age and location. 

Not really matter, but to protect your assets and lower taxation better to open LLC in state where property located.

So you’d be buying a location or a view and you dont know which is more likely to hold value or appreciate.

Things that have come to my mind are:Finding locations - how to pay and willing companies with space or charititys with space to make it affordableHow to advertise for interested membersDo I need a license to run a group of this sortWhen to consider charging membersWhat to do during these meetingThese are the things that have crossed my mind.
