It's not quick money and there unexpected expenses that pop up from time to time.

They stayed with me for two years, paid on time every month, were fantastic tenants, and I never met them in person once.These tenants just moved out and I just had a new set of tenants placed with a very similar situation.

@Heather Watkins I prefer to see the posts where the investor is merely contemplating taking the steps you've taken rather than instances where they have already spent unnecessary time and expense on entity formation because we as a BP community can at try to steer the investor in the right direction.

Also, do you rely on Virtual Assistants or full-time staff to handle comms and requests?

Each time you do this you likely only need 3-5% down if you are buying it as a primary house.  

It was a full rehab that I had done with every intention of keeping it as an Airbnb so everything done to it was for that purpose.

You have to put in the effort, demonstrate the skills, and spend the time to scale up.
