(Frustrating isn't it!).

While I understood the neighbors frustration, I was pissed they didn't at least inform me and let me resolve the problem first.

Many agents frustration is in attempting to work the transaction on the A to B side as well as the B to C side of the deal, AND deal with the bank negotiations.

Seems like this property has a few more problems than most, and they should have been uncovered well before closing which is certainly frustrating, but hopefully the numbers still work.

Obviously this is frustrating for many reasons. 

Don't rush the rental to a bad tenant to save yourself 1 month of vacancy..... this has caused way more frustration down the road in my opinion.

I'm sure that's frustrating when you're an investor with holding costs, but also understand that contractors need to have multiple jobs going at once in order to avoid downtime for their equipment and crew.

I want you to feel humbled but ENCOURAGED, frustrated but MOTIVATED, upset but AMBITIOUS. 

I have made numerous phone calls and am getting no where but frustrated.

I’ve had families sit in the dark because the bulb went out and they waited for me to come by to do it for them lol if you start running over there for every little thing you will be broke and frustrated !
