Auckland has the strongest population, price and rent growth in the country. following to that i would look at outer Auckland or Hamilton.I suggest you subscribe to the NZ Property investor magazine, (can read it online or tablet too) to stay informed about the market and the general NZ Property sector.

Nashville-Davidson-Murfreesboro-Franklin, TN Birmingham and Cincinnati had the lowest median investment sales price at $70,000.Why Invest in Birmingham, ALAs the largest city in Alabama, Birmingham is also one of the biggest commercial banking centers in the country as well and home to numerous colleges such as University of Alabama, Samford University, Cumberland Law School, and Miles College.

Get an understanding of leasing, repairs, minor work etc. before taking on a major project.In todays market in most areas of the country, you will have to do major repairs, work wholesale deals etc to get 1-4 unit properties that have decent returns.
