We went to the apartment after Oct 1st to clean.....the apartment had feces all over the floor from an animal not approved in their apartment.

I recently got screwed over on a flooring project with a contractor so I can pass along some lessons learned. 1.

These windows are 50 inches above the floor and the "fall" would be about the same. 

No, no, no...I see these all the time in properties...houses and foundations move and shift over time...in my area, for example, all of our floors are sloped because of settling and foundation movement...no big deal...have a contractor look at them if it really bothers but I would say look at the HVAC/electrical/plumbing/sewage in the basement (I've had that in one of my properties)/those type of critical issues...those are way more important than cracks in the wall...just my opinion BTW!

The first floor is commercial and has a tenant but the 2nd and 3rd floor are apartment  and needs total rehabbing.

I was so pleased that I gave them the flooring job in that house, as well.That Friday I got a call asking for a check for two thirds of the paint job.

Tenants kids were playing in bath and got water all over the floor.

I'm located in Rhode Island and my 1st floor tenant is worried about the noise from upstairs, mainly walking around seems to bother them.  

Have some background music for video and don't talk unless you have a perfect script.You can do it easy with help of a freind for moving and vacuuming the floors so they look untouched.

That burglar got up off the floor and sat on a couch, 2 seconds later the police were shining flashlights inside.
