I mean it makes me proud listening to them talk through all this with no HINT of this being an emergency. which they finally declared and there are pilots that can literally fly an entire career and never declare and emergency.Bottom line approach at their weight was about 140  this guy came barreling down final at 180 to 190 thats a big deal in a Commercial jet liner..

If you have concrete proof that the tenant has or had other people living there at your property that are not part of the rental agreement, you should do your diligence and find out how much longer the tenant has on the lease.There are options that you can use, like, eviction process or not renewing the lease.

@Daniel AntonettiIn general, not much you can do after closing.If you had made specific requests about the tenants in your sales agreement then you might be able to go after the previous seller for not complying.But, if you didn't have specific language in there, the owner is still able to renew leases.Even if you had Estoppel Letters, it wouldn't prevent the seller from doing something sneaky at the last second like signing a lower rent lease in exchange for doing fixes the seller didn't want to deal with out of pocket.
