What are your favorite addendums for your lease?

Hobby landlords with 1 or 2 tenants have different priorities than simply making a profit.Costs of living rises every year.

For about 15% more, I could have bought a duplex with a 1 car garage, still had my car hobby, but also had my housing paid for by the renter in the other unit.

My favorite inspection company is Inspectek West.
