Additionally it's extremely hard for me to trust any property managers, brokers & real estate agents out around in Boston because they aren't familiar with their own laws and rent out places that aren't even habitable or to state code ( for brokers/real estate agents not their responsibility but seriously, that's just morally wrong). 

Extremely negative.

I have decided to take the course to get my license and I really go the extreme and take full advantage of time while still working full time job.  

I don't keep up with that but do know our listings get extreme exposure.

To all of the BiggerPockets members residing in the Denver Area, I am extremely excited to be relocating to Denver to join the BiggerPockets team starting on April 3rd.

For some it may be worthwhile but for most it is an extremely risky proposition.

I'm assuming they sent over an addendum to the contract, these documents are always extremely seller friendly, and pretty much say the bank can do what it wants and has no liability for anything. 

Alabamas process is extremely slow in terms of property acquisition even when it's gone to OTC sales.

Although having a mentor can be an extremely valuable relationship to maintain, have you considered using the entire BiggerPockets community as your mentor?

Not getting in all the units either.that's how our market works currently.And most owners of Multi follow suit. unless your in an extreme buyers markets.AS for those who want to kick, punt , fire the agent. your only hearing this one buyer side of the story..
