I think this worked in part since the units exited the house to the backyard on different sides of the property.Re noise complaints - I usually see common hours listed, but I have not personally experienced any real anxiety from the tenants or need to strongly enforce it.

I would really appreciate any advice or critique as my main concern was the chronological structuring and also if anyone knew the time table of refinancing a FHA loan even after repairs) If anyone experienced has any insight to refining this plan, I greatly appreciate it!

Well, almost 4 weeks later I had to insist on an update and according to my contractor, this individual did actually visit my property, but for a myriad of reasons was hard to get a hold of/not doing his job, and we experienced weeks of delays for this.
