Good thing about both of those areas is you can find a decent offer that might be a little outdated or needs a little TLC.That way you can put a little love into the investment and create a better ARV for the cash out down the road. 

Hi guys - looking to get into the Pennsylvania market for my first BRRRR deal and was wondering if anyone has good leads/contacts/groups to get alerts on them I am looking at something within the $120K-$140K range for purchase price + repairs.Would love to connect with local sellers/investors + agents/companies who are offering inventory for such deals. 

Would love to find someone local, so they would understand area better than someone from another coast…. 

Also asking for a high end price for the unit.I would love some insight on how to negotiate these deals to make a good deal for myself as well as the seller.

I am looking to get started in multifamily real estate investing and would love to attend a few local conferences just to meet local individuals in the business, perhaps discuss deals and get my feet wet underwriting deals. 

My husband is inheriting this and will co-own 50/50 with his uncle so I would love to hear advice since I don’t even know exactly what to ask, who I need on my team, how much we are looking at to spend initially even assessing/appraising it, and what the potential is for it.
