Justin We are no where near post Covid.

Unless your rent incudes a parking spot, which I doubt it does, you don't have much recourse.This is a current issue with COVID. 

But given these Covid times when eviction is tough, should I even risk it?

What is the best place to catch building owner eyeballs in the new post-COVID world?

I'm trying to refi one of my rehabs and my local bank is giving me a hard time right now because they've tightened up on refinancing due to COVID. 

Galveston is not really seasonal now and we have a convention center that bringS guests in all year.With Covid we have never been so busy. the Gulf is never going away And everyone loves Galveston bc it’s affordable.
