ADUs (including detached) were supposed to be legal statewide this July, I would personally wait until we see how they enforce the law as most towns are asking for more time to comply.

In the end, it's probably impossible to enforce but it's better than nothing, and it at least makes them aware that they shouldn't be flushing things like 'flush able wipes'.
