I would encourage you to continue buying deals as long as the numbers work for you!

I would encourage you to just jump in and figure it out from there.

Encourage him to go ahead to file for unemployment as it can take a while for them to approve and set up a payment plan.  

If this project still fits your goals, I would encourage you to stay the course.

First of all, I just want to say thank you to all of you who educated and encouraged me to stay in this path in every post that I read for almost a month now since I joined BP.I am in the process of refinancing my primary residence and the plan is to add ADU. 

Really not sure, but if you haven't had any issues with getting them to approve demolition that's encouraging!

That type of thing discourages the truly knowledgeable from continuing to try to help and encourages the keyboard commandos to throw $h1t to the wall just to look knowledgeable.I would think that anyone serious about MH would already know that what county in what state would make a difference - it is just common sense.
