The tools and resources included, amoung other things,  in the enrollment teach more strategies (and yes, those strategies are taught elsewhere) New investors are also more likely to get emotionally invested in a deal because the initial reviews of it by themselves and their agents seem to promise a high profit, and they can't quite let go of the excitement that "promised" profit.

I don't advocate taking on loans just for the tax write off, but if used as a strategy to scale faster, it is very powerful.The biggest argument for paying cash is piece of mind, so it is an emotional argument not a logical argument.

It's a business, no place for emotions when it comes to money.Difficult to understand if tenants could not care less about the financials of their landlord why their landlord would care about them.
