As a buyer, I can't imagine anything that I could do wrong...? 

Received an email form my property manager explaining that my tenants dryer stopped working and that they called a maintenance company to look at the dryer ventilation and discovered it to be clogged.

I am calling and emailing people I know who lend.

We've both worked our butts off to get to where we can even imagine owning a home again. 

I sent her an e-mail on how to properly load a dishwasher.  

Then I get an email saying one of my tenants paid an invoice, great.

Would you like emails of properties I get here?

I cant speak for other TK providers markets but I also cant imagine them to be too much different. 

If you can self-fund the tentative map process, I would *imagine* (I don't know for sure) that you could find a bank-like financier for all the construction work in order to get the final.Unless you're quite experienced or have significant assets to pledge as collateral, I haven't heard of someone doing debt-only financing for a project like this.  

I'd imagine if they were not home and they got 8 yellow slips they would likely not pick up the letters from the post office...
