Plumbers and electricians causing homes to leak heated or cooled air to the outside, general contractors installing insulation improperly leading to mold, or even HVAC contractors installing new water heaters or heating systems that are not tuned, untested, and dangerous.I can't even remember how often I've seen unprofessional work so we won't even go into do it yourself work on important systems.

Not just paint and carpet but the big ticket item that might cause you to write a big check such as: roof, AC or furnace, sewer line replacement, trees that will need to be removed, foundation issues (cracks/leaking), exterior paint vs. siding, etc.

We had an inspection and these are the recommendation from the inspector:get the HVAC unit cleaned/serviced (need licensed HVAC tech)get the hot water heater serviced (need licensed plumber)Repair the toilets (running)Probably just need handy man for following:Water heater closet need to put dry wall for ceilingReplace bedroom door to balcony (not locking)Repair shower necks for both shower (leaking)Replace missing cover on outlet next to fireplaceRepair the socket on the bath light fixture in master bathroomWould need to be able to provide a receipt as a licensed contractor as I need to prove to the buyer that those items are indeed fixed.
