I see them like the “Angry Birds” video game of the times.

It seems like in the past 60 days or so, many investors stepped back in the multi family space which gave an opportunity for those that were still in the game and hunting.

It’s a numbers game but I’ll tell you right now you’ll need to have a lot of calls to make this happen.

I highly suggest playing this game from the Rich Dad franchise, "Cashflow".
