State fees are unavoidable no matter how anyone files their entities, and S&H must be charged to cover the costs for multiple UPS shipments (for tracking since these are legal docs) between MyCorp, the customer, and the state.For more detail on what *is* included at no charge (quite a bit): I posted a classified in here last week that gives the specifics and the link & phone# for more info.

Even with the most detailed cautious lease it seems that 'your/my' specific situation will bring up an issue that was not specific enough in the lease.

Then take out a full page ad in the Wall Street Journal detailing the date, time and exact location where this guy is going to be freed....and maybe assign law enforcement to a more pressing need that requires them to be looking elsewhere.
