Oh and YES we had a detailed list of items the house came with on the lease..... so sad.

Even with the most detailed cautious lease it seems that 'your/my' specific situation will bring up an issue that was not specific enough in the lease.

To be completely forthright, the details of your post sound like they fall short of predatory lending to me.

Then take out a full page ad in the Wall Street Journal detailing the date, time and exact location where this guy is going to be freed....and maybe assign law enforcement to a more pressing need that requires them to be looking elsewhere.
