A blockchain is just a database connected to special computers all over the world.

Some way to argue that your assessed value is more accurate than a computer model or an assessor walking by.  

With that being said, I have an undergraduate degree in accounting and I personally have seen how it has helped me in Real Estate because I understand and can compute calculations, I understand how to structure things, I understand basic taxes and business laws, etc but that doesn't mean that if I didn't have an accounting degree, I wouldn't be able to succeed.  

I do my walk through, take photos and notes, and then go home and sit at my computer to determine my estimate.

I had my desktop for 15 yrs. before replacing it with my laptop which I now have for 6 yrs. 

There you can play against yourself, others or the computer. 

I know my wife will put them in the computer many times before she gets the lock box on .. but this is not to keep others from writing offers. 

So while they sit there trying fight argue, prove disprove online, on paper, on computer ...

Is there any specific computer program I need to learn that can help me?

@Kevin Phu QuickBooks Online does have a desktop app where you can sync in the data later on.
