Normally you can only do this once in a year's time, check with your company.You can also invest in RE in a SDIRA, but flipping is limited here, or the IRS will step in and declare that you are running a flipping business, which is a prohibited activity.

I had one that I wanted but as I went into his background, I noticed a bankruptcy under his wife's name, he did not fill out his income section, and the total income written was 2200/month.
