Eviction takes longer but starts earlier.It’s still very early but, besides evictions taking longer it has not been a investment crushing law just yet.

Between Leander or Round Rock- which area will appreciate more in the next 10 years?

The other things I am thinking is that the bubble may burst at any time and property values will drop like a rock again and I'll be stuck not able to get new loans based on the investment homes being worth less than the loans on them. 

Austin has become insanely overpriced in the last few years, compared to what it was, and the adjacent towns (Round Rock, Pflugerville, etc) are following suit. 

@Charles Ladner, I was a commercial banker for 25 years prior to joining Castle Rock, so I know this one! 

Due on sale clause at minimum would crush this idea.

This salt reacts chemically with the cement in the concrete and weakens the bonds with the sand and rock and you see the concrete begin to crumble.
