Example if I want to buy a 1 plus acre parcel on a corner for commercial and the seller wants a premium I need to know I can put a pharmacy on it for example like a Walgreens and get a forward commitment for the lease before closing.

I would not respond to those who ask you to do deals with them on line.. just slow down and take it easy out of the gate .. no rush deals are like street cars there is always another one on the next corner.
