I use a local credit union here that allows cross collateralizing ( if thats a word ) and 20% down or 80 LTV, whatever language you prefer.

I always try to sweeten the deal by buying right and then adding my own money to the deal so the lender has a great piece of property as collateral.  

The properties in each loan are securitized as collateral. 

(if this is what you meant, how did you qualify for this amount with no collateral)did I read in to the phrase and it was neither, just a loan on the property?
