Pay-per-click is a great way to reach a target audience for relatively little money, however good keywords do get bid up rather fast.

The cost has been about 35 dollars total for the ads since I set up the ads.I've been looking for advice on improving my words and click through rate.To find similar sites in your area, just search for "sell my house <city name>", "sell my house quick <city>", etc etc.

Every time I make a payment on the mortgage, I have the option, with about two mouse-clicks, to designate an additional amount (principal only, or escrow if I choose).
