Any great self-managed property needs a high-quality photographer, handyman, cleaning crew, along with other property vendors as necessary (pool care, lawn care, pest control, etc.)What tools can I use to automate tasks?

It use to take me and a guy 3 days to do 1 clean up .

You put a draw schedule together, that establishes two things: what tasks must be completed to make a payment due, and the amount of that payment.

I would clean it, prime it with high adhesion primer and apply "porch & floor" paint.
