While we can create separate spaces for each unit but..the electrical boxes would then no longer be accessable to each unit..they sit next to each other and would be contained on only one side of the partition..

@Jonathan Bombaci I like the idea of trying to maximize the proceeds, but even if he moves out willingly I'm left trying to clean/repair/renovate then list and sell a property three states away from me.
