Well, 'maybe' I'm just too accustomed to playing by California's rules.

If you are looking for CA, NV, AZ, TX and GA, probably not as those markets are just too fast on the FC side.  

Here is California, if you form an LLC the State Franchise Tax board requires an annual $800 tax simply for existing, albeit if one is in business, one can expects expenses.

Why you texans so worried about California?  

and is a board fee of any sort of one them? if so, how much is it, annually or whatever?

She will be at the Fresno, Ca  Home show (The show is three days starting this Friday 6th) ONLY on Saturday the 7th at 2:00 and Sunday the 8th at 1:00.According to the fresnoshows.com site there will be a meet and greet for one hour after!

I'd love to get going with something, most likely outside CA (I don't think I can afford / finance anything here) as soon as possible.
