By lowering to the replacement value (or really, to the amt of the loan), we brought down those costs by about 30%.

Did you build out a team to do the flip virtually or did you partner with someone in the market who had everything else in place, but you brought them some form of value?

My original monthly payment was near $1200/month, but I registered for the PAYE  (pay as you earn) repayment plan, which brought it down to $430.

This brought an influx of new buyers and new money to the space. 

Purchase price: $65,900 Cash invested: $16,000 I bought this deal and spent about $5500 and thought I had made a huge mistake but it brought the value I was not expecting to receive.
