Spending ay too much time on replying to tour request from Zillow and other sites

I found this site out of Sacramento: http://www.taynr.com/home.html.I kind of want one for myself!

I'd want someone to have my back.Second, if I were to "forget" to mention those kinds of things, my reputation would be in the toilet as fast as you can say "Yelp".I'd bet most good agents would do exactly the same thing. 

Best bet: connect with local investors/lenders/brokers to narrow your focus (what type of asset, what sub-market of the metroplex).

The area is growing and I anticipate rents going up as well as house prices, i don't want to bet on this but it does give me some comfort that equity will increase over the next few years.  

I saw your site and if we were bigger time investors you would be a good fit.We only have a few single family residences.

I would bet that the owner works more than 20 hours a week.  

No one on this site without a lot more info could know if you are paying too much.If you used a standard offer you will have an escape clause (assuming it is not waived) for not getting financing. 

I was wondering if there is any crowdfunding sites that raise capital for developers that are not accredited investors. 

No sub will be effective via email in the field, it's just too hard to be out on site and answer emails from you iPhone.
