I would suggest you go to your local investor meeting and look for the peeps with grey hair.  

Also I state no baby pools or car washing and remove all hoses.

I have a couple of rentals and my dad and his friend would like to start flipping houses.I had my license a few years back (before my babies) and worked with a broker under a big franchise.

I have been aggressively (as aggressive as you can with a full-time W2 and a baby boy) searching the Portland market for deals.

But, I find that for a first investment with a full family, I rather start with baby steps and do a single filp or single rental for now.
