You'll need to work directly with the local metropolitan housing authority (MHA)...they administer vouchers...this is often at the county level, but may be city level in some areas.

There is no official cleaning crew so if you provide linens you're responsible for cleaning and swapping which would be difficult and time consuming for the cleaners.

I will need to ask this to the public adjuster prior to signing.In this specific case, the insurance did share with me the Scope of work/bid they had gotten from their roofer/adjuster, but I have received no official insurance payout.

In large part the sheriffs dept being under staffed. but now they have dedicated staff to handle all civil suits.You have to send out a notice to quit and after 7 days you can officially file an eviction.
