Hey all, This weekend I attended a real estate investment intro seminar hosted by Kris Kirschner.

I spend a lot of time researching online, as well as regularly attending my local REIA club meetings.

The seller is selling off some of his numerous properties in the area, so we're not sure how motivated he is.Thanks for any input.
