I am gathering information in order to get into investing, but I want some advise from season investors here that may guide me in which would be the best or decent "Purchase and sales agreement contract that is assignable and Assignment of Contract For Purchase of Real Estate Business Forms".

I would hope that most of the investors I deal with have money to close deals with in 7-14 days after they have signed my "Assignment of Contract" but I will be realistic and know that some of them would go through a hard money lender.
