Moving on, these memories stuck with me and recently Jess and I were approached by a network marketing individual who gave us a book, “The Business of the 21st Century” by Robert Kiyosaki.

As brokers and investors, what are the main challenges you face when doing deals?

I have read, watched videos, purchased books, and still feel that I'm not knowlegable enough to approach my first deal and be taken seriously.

I am an introvert (despite the rumors to the contrary) and this is not my preferred method of meeting people.When they do approach me about getting together, I probably feel a little better if they phrase it as, "I want to know more about what kinds of clients I should refer to you" and of course we'd also discuss what their specialty and areas of expertise are and clients would be good referrals for them at that meeting as well.

I'd recommend taking a step back from the situation, look at it from a 10k foot view and wait until you can approach this with a clear mind and heart.

What are the challenges with buying a house out of state?

If the broker or agent has little requirements and will take anyone approach to throw to the wall and see what sticks then they are not FOCUSED.

I'm not sure how to approach these as a wholesaler.

@Minh NguyenOn Day 5, did you have any large men approach the tenant's relatives, neighbors, and friends and ask them courteously if they could talk to the tenant about the advisability of moving out quickly?
