My concerns are genuine in that I think flipping is a great way to upgrade Americas dilapidated housing stock and make money.

Personally, I'd prefer to use that money payment on a fix and flip, or for marketing expenses to find that next deal.So here's what my wife and I did.

We BRRRR 8-10 per year and the flips supplement the money left in the BRRRRs. 

You will then have a few options with that rent money....you can put it into principal or you can start saving it to purchase yet another property.

As to the price.. buy as much as you can afford where the numbers still look good, and buy sooner than later so your money can start working for you!

You are the one who wants to buy it and need the money?

Also do not know how to go about private/hard money lending in Belgium.

I am having trouble figuring out whether to go with a hard money lender, or a conventional loan for my first rental property.

But I spent a lot more money and spent 3 additional months.
