I am not satisfied I want to sell houses make deals and eventually become a real estate agent/ investor.. but I am lost were do I start what do I do my moms is pressuring me about getting my own place and transportation..

The thing is his home is the oddball around, and the homes behind have 4 bd - 3 bath or 4-4 1900-2800 sqft.. ... his home is older but its decent and the inside and kitchen wont need much work at all.. inclding floors are nice.. ..but doesn't even have central air, and is only a 2 bath, 3 bed with a 997 sq ft. ... how much would it most likely cost to build 2 bedrooms and 2 extra bathrooms..

Also, I don't know if it is exactly what you are looking for in business systems, but I started to re-read Dave Ramsey EnterLeadership and reading it was like a nice breath of fresh air with my business.
