Recently started a new Wholesaling company / brand and wanted to know how many of you actual stay consisten with posting content on multiple different platforms.

Actually, that extra 800 is post-addition of a bedroom I realize- its now a gross rent of about 6000, which I still think is workable.

I do buy and do a full rehab but on every property I have done I think I have a few more dollars in it than the property is actually worth (according to the county and what an appraiser might say).

I had a friend actually keep his flip for his primary residence as his wife fell in love with the property and they had a baby on the way-however he used his own money to flip so he didn’t have to pay back a HML.Thank so much!

How bad could he actually be .maybe the guys wife was cheating with the cable guy or a city worker , who knows

@Mark DeLorenzo I agree with @Chris Mason that ultimately it depends on the appraisal and that can’t be known until you actually pay for the appraisal. 

I am actively researching investing in MF buy and hold syndications and looking for more info to educate myself.I would really like to find resources/lists of potential sponsors, real world examples of previous deals, what actual returns were for LP’s and other various resources for LP’s.
