People seem to measure your success/value/achievement with your house, and neighbor quality, to an extent, improves with house value.

Because we are doing volume we are able to sell significantly below what someone would normally be able to achieve on their own. 

Don’t trust any automated screening without verifying the data put on the application is correct. 

With that mindset you're thinking about what finishes, etc... you need to put in order to achieve the ARV.
