@Bryan La just be prepared for delays as the courts are backed up AND some municipalities (like Austin) still have an extended eviction moratorium in place through January 31.

The mistake they make while telling about their business is “Over-preparing/analying” the description out of fear.

At this time, I am learning how to fill in the TREC contract but I am also preparing my mind for a Sub to contract so I can pretend to know what I am doing and move fast.
