I am now reading the Multifamily Millionaire book and basically want to gather some wisdom and knowledge on how to start this investment journey I want to embark upon. 

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I just had a client's project appraisal come in at $122,000 and he was into it for $82,000 so that's a huge win.So yes, doing BRRRR's at this price point is possible but you need a really solid team behind you.

Think of it this way if it would’ve taken you 4 months to fill it, your ex-tenant most definitely wouldn’t agree to pay an additional month, would they??
