What are the differences?

Nothing says value, like being able to go on an extended vacation knowing that rent will be paid on time and any problem that comes up will be fixed! 

Topgolf Callaway Brands is set to split into two independent companies, Callaway and Topgolf, by the second half of 2025.

Different States have different rules but in general the harder the data is to get, the more effective it is.

We have decided to go with the renting route, but we feel the mud needs to be replaced with something more appealing.

Obviously the tax implication one is a big one.

I know the rates have come down a little bit so I was just wondering if there are any lenders on here or if anyone knows a lender that does 10 or 15 percent down on DSCR with similar rates.
