Pick yourself up a voltage stick from any hardware store.

I have seen large retail stores and office buildings use this but wondered if it was something that interested other owners?

Hi BP community,I am negotiating a purchase for a 8 unit building, 2 stores and 6 apartments, and the seller does not want to provide schedule E for 2 years for the building.

If someone stores their own oven , bed , television , dressers , rugs and clothes in there that would be up to them .

I own a small general store, SFR converted to duplex, 12 unit self storage facility...and just recently purchased another SFR from tax sale that will be a rental as soon as rehab is done.

She works as a retail store manager for a really big retail company and works long hours and many days/holidays.
