I am new to investing in San Antonio and I am  looking to connect with local contractors in San antonio.

Our tax man is down in San Diego, we are from there (I see you live there too).

I'm in Bothell, investing locally, and also actively looking to purchase in Texas (San Antonio).I go to a BP meet-up in North Seattle every month, I believe its the 19th this month, at Lantern Brewing.Would be happy to connect some time!

I don't have her contact info  she works with Trowbridge in San Deigo they are a big PPM shop.. you can google her.and she is on BP occasionally..

Heck, they're hard to find in rural Riverside and San Bernardino county and when you do find them they're not near enough a city to make them a decent rental.If you want to flip mobile homes, and there can be a little money (and I do mean little) in it if one is just starting out, you have to be extremely careful.
