thanks Steven, i hope the higher recent rates don't trigger a recession, people already having tough time with inflated prices, and consumer is very strong but worry part of that strength could be artificial from the 1 trillion still in their bank accounts from the stimi-checks, which is falling fast

It's ridiculous.. but check your contract, there is a probably a minimum you will be charged, likely  1/4- 1/2 their hourly rate per email.

@Julie WashburnUnless this situation is covered in the lease I would not do it.Loss of revenue can be covered through an insurance policy, something they would have to have set up.If its their fault the pipes froze, they are likely on the hook for the damages, check the lease.
