We respectfully let her go because we felt uncomfortable without representation by a neutral third party who could evaluate the deal without prejudice.We decided to just start over and let that deal go, starting fresh with a new listing agent.

There's an enormous amount of information there.As I mentioned above, Mass Housing and FHA are the two best programs for low down payment at 3% and 3.5% respectively.
