People hate conflict.....so they ignore what they should do because it can be "messy' and hope for the best....and then seem shocked when the outcome is 100x worseYou don't have to be an a-hole to handle this in a professional, tactful and friendly way......but it should be handled, not ignored

Use professionals and stop cutting corners..

Because then late payments due to application failure, network outages, password lockouts, etc are not the responsibility of the tenant. 

Hello,What do you guys/gals do when you get an application with co-applicants that are unmarried. 

You use non-professional version or Realtors.com, Zillow like everyone else.
