I include language that says the tenant shall not sublet, or attempt to sublet, on Craigslist, Airbnb, VRBO, Flipkey or any other short-term rental platform.

My initial plan was to just cash flow so I started doing airbnb by renting properties and just using airbnb as a platform for cash flowing.

@Austin Mize  If you're not going to use the transaction-free ETFs offered by TDAmeritrade, I'd recommend against that platform. 

This will lead to leads, and having a platform to capture leads. 

For your website, I would look more towards a web host like Shopify which is an open-source platform.

They may use other booking platforms also, and can send those numbers usually also.

I am looking for a platform like Docusign, DotLoop, etc which will let me fill in and electronically sign templated RE forms such as Purchase Agreement, Sellers Disclosure, etc. 

With most counties in this area having switched from in person auctions to bidforassets online platform, in recent years I'm having a harder time finding great/amazing "deals" on the few (typically low end price wise and marginally "usable") properties up for tax sale that interest me after all the preliminary research is done.
