I'm fixing two properties this year.

I am new to this and have been very overwhelmed with the information I have been reading and researching. 

Many services offer this, a simple google search should find you a firm. 

One Fidelity rep says this account cannot be used to do ACH transfers, so I cannot use it to take rental payments from  my property manager.

This can be really sticky and contractors love fililng liens in situations like this.
