I haven't had any luck getting bank funding for mobiles and even was turned down for a lot in a mobile home subdivision.

oh wait i already was. when i use cash i know when there isnt any more in my wallet. i think longer about purchases. i look for used items on craigslist. i do need to buy some windows.
