What is your experience in the restaurant business?

If you have among your tenants, some employed as construction workers, restaurant workers, mechanics, etc, you likely have some who don't have bank accounts.  

Could you build something like a restaurant or hotel?

For a date hike, we have the glorious Tubbs Hill (only two miles after dinner at one of Coeur d'Alene great restaurants).

Corktown is a small area in Detroit that is full of shops/restaurants that have been getting gentrified now for the last handful of years.

The restaurant business can be hit or miss.

The stadium has been built similar to the Barclays or Verizon Center with retail and restaurants available even on none-game days because they are street-level.All these big money players betting on the city, means small timers started grabbing homes built 130 years ago for pennies(I've paid $22/sq and $31/sq for mine) locate in a hot area get the house clean and updated and make your cash back.

Lots of restaurants and businesses.

Do you post fliers and local restaurants/libraries/colleges/etc?
